Terms & Conditions


We charge an extra service fee for shipping which is not included in the general pricing. The logistics are carried safely and promptly through trusted floral courier services or our in-house floral delivery van. 

We deliver fresh flowers from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. The deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays happen from 10 am to 2 pm. 

We make sure that our deliveries are done in the selected time frame. However, due to areas beyond our control, the time may vary accordingly. But we do try our best to deliver within the said time frame. 

For time specific deliveries, please contact us before ordering the arrangements to know how we can help you out with the same. 


We expect you to make full payment of your order prior to the order confirmation or before the shipment of the same. 

The orders will be cancelled if the payment fails. 


We do our best in whipping up orders that give you the best experience. However, if there’s a shortcoming on delivered product/service from our end, or if the flowers are damaged, we are happy to do replacements or refunds as follows:


We will replace your flowers if they are damaged on the same day of the delivery. After that, it is the receiver’s responsibility to take care of the flowers – we do, however, provide a flower care card with each order which outlines the instructions one can follow to help their flowers last longer. Please note that we need to be notified on the same day the flowers were delivered if you wish your flowers to be replaced.


If you received damaged flowers or a wrong order, and you would like a refund, we would need to be notified on the same day of delivery. We won’t be able to issue any refunds if we are not notified within that time period.

Note: Our delivery driver will take a photo of the delivered product upon order completion for proof of quality purpose. Please note that we may firstly request a photo of the flowers before initiating a replacement or a refund.

  1. We accept cancellation requests till at least 48 hours before the order date. Cancellation of large quantities needs time, so that the suppliers can reallocate or sell the stock to another buyer. 
  2. Note that cancellation requests sent after 24 hours of the order date incur a fee.
